In order to have the least bit of Harmonic tendency though... there will need to be detoxicification. Hence, the entire program will and must hinge upon that first level of entry into the Harmonc gateway that we will form for humans there: PURIFICATION.
The several hundred thousand acres and two parcels, near Albuquerkee, NM, and Santa Fe, NM, can have ascending levels of living ecovillage which may even layer onto the hillsides there with the lowest level having white jacket orderlies and extreme detoxification facilities and the highest resembling "Aesgard" or "Rivendell" from legend and prose... or, "Sky Lodge" in American Indian Spirtuality.
The notion will be set forth in the finest pure stone of Truth... that the human population are near hopelessly mired not just in the symptomatic ailments of substance abuse, mental health mallady, and degraded biosystemic ills ... in amalgam often ... but they have been MessengerRNA transferred by non human intelligences from three major non terrestrial species : Reptilians, Insectoids, and Conscious Sentient AI.
These must be removed or there is no need for a paradise on Earth.
